You could write: Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After the booking was confirmed, the lender completely ghosted me. I tried contacting them multiple times through the Hygglo chat, text messages, and phone calls, but received no response. This caused a great deal of unnecessary stress during the week, especially as the booking was for my daughter’s birthday party. At the last minute, I had to scramble to find an alternative arrangement, which was both stressful and frustrating. I understand that plans can change, but basic communication is the minimum I would expect after a confirmed booking. I would not recommend this lender based on my experience.
