Looper for hire. The RC-505 features five stereo phrase tracks that can play simultaneously. Independent record/overdub/play and stop buttons for each track let you record and control loops with your fingertips. Dedicated volume controls let you mix loop levels in real time. Each track has its own playback setting (multi, single, one-shot, reverse, etc.) and tempo sync, providing an unlimited number of creative loop behaviors. The RC-505 is equipped with a number of simultaneous inputs that allow you to record multiple sources when building your loops. XLR microphone input with phantom power, mono/stereo ¼-inch input for guitars, synths and other instruments and a mini-tele to connect a smartphone or other stereo player. Via USB you can connect to a computer and import/export WAV files to save or load phrases with live backing tracks or sounds to trigger as a sampler. The RC-505 also functions as a USB audio/MIDI interface and makes it easy to integrate with music software if you want to perform with a laptop, record audio, MIDI synchronization and much more.
