Mixon was trained in outdoor survival when serving in the Swedish Military as Commander of a Reconnaissance Platoon, as a Scout leader, and later at All In Nature Sweden (AINS). He now works as an assistant instructor at AINS in outdoor safety, first aid, and survival. His mission is to ensure that every individual—whether a child embarking on their first hike, a teenager eager to explore, or a family planning a camping trip—can do so with the assurance and joy of being prepared.
